What we collect and why
Checkout asks for your name, email, delivery address, city, state, ZIP code and country. A contact phone and order notes are optional. We use these details to assess your request, discuss availability, agree payment and arrange delivery after acceptance. Cart contents, selected colors, quantities and totals accompany the request. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the notes. We do not use checkout acknowledgment as consent to advertising.
Sessions and privacy choices
The essential stella_session cookie keeps your cart, checkout draft and access to your confirmation together for up to 2 days. It is not a public order lookup. The stella_consent cookie stores an explicit cookie decision for 180 days. No marketing or analytics tools are installed. Accepting optional cookies does not install a service or authorize unsolicited marketing. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer, reject optional categories, or clear site cookies in your browser.
Access and sharing
Order information is used only for handling the request and the resulting sale. If an accepted order requires a carrier, only the delivery and contact information necessary for that shipment is shared. We do not sell personal information or maintain advertising profiles. The storefront has no card-processing, automatic email, customer-account or marketing integration. Manual correspondence uses the contact channel you choose; do not assume that submitting this form sends an automatic email.
How long information is kept
Unaccepted requests are retained for up to 90 days. Operational records for accepted orders are retained for up to 365 days, and server error logs for up to 30 days. These are operating retention limits rather than a promise to erase records needed for a legal obligation or active dispute. Where a verified legal accounting obligation requires a smaller set of records for longer, access is restricted to that purpose and unrelated contact notes are not kept merely for convenience. Expiry review and deletion are handled by the merchant; the website does not promise automatic erasure.
Access, correction and deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request, describe what you want to access, correct or delete, and include an order reference if relevant. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing records. We explain any information that must be retained rather than promising unconditional deletion. Security and your device
Order records are not available through a public reference search. Use a private device for checkout, close shared-browser sessions and avoid placing sensitive information in an email subject. No system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information was exposed or a request was made without your permission, contact us promptly and tell us the approximate time and relevant reference, without sending payment credentials.
