The shop sells salon textile accessories; it does not offer appointments, hair treatments or professional certification.
Choose a construction, then a color
Each product page states the material, dimensions, closure, selling unit and price. A towel pair contains two physical towels but counts as one cart unit. A single towel or wrap is one item unless the listing says otherwise. Check the selected color and SKU, neck range and coverage before adding a cape. Dimensions are flat product measurements, not a guarantee of a particular fit. Ordinary capes are not chemical protective equipment; water-shedding does not mean chemical resistance.
Prices, quantities and delivery
All prices are USD. Displayed product prices and delivery charges include applicable taxes; there is no added checkout tax surcharge. Standard delivery to the contiguous 48 US states and DC is $8.95, or free when goods subtotal reaches $125.00. Quantity is limited by the selected SKU availability and a maximum of 10 selling units per SKU. Adding to cart does not reserve stock. The final request is checked again before it can be saved.
Request and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an order request, not an immediate charge or an automatic sales acceptance. Keep the reference displayed on your confirmation page. We contact you to confirm the goods, delivery details and whether the request can be accepted. If an item cannot be supplied, we discuss cancellation or a separate replacement choice; we do not silently substitute a color or SKU. Do not send money until the request has been accepted and genuine transfer instructions have been provided.
Payment and dispatch
If accepted, payment is by manual bank transfer within 7 calendar days of confirmation. No bank account is displayed or invented on this site. Dispatch follows confirmed receipt of the agreed payment, with 1–2 business days processing and 3–6 business days transit, for a total of 4–8 business days. The website does not detect payments automatically. Check the Payment and Shipping policies for the full steps and contact us if instructions appear inconsistent.
Cancellations and returns
Contact us with your reference to cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, follow the Returns & Refunds policy. Our commercial preference-return window is 30 calendar days starting the day after receipt, with no restocking fee. Ordinary towels and capes are not automatically excluded as hygiene goods. Defective or incorrect goods are handled separately and reasonable documented return postage is reimbursed. These terms do not remove applicable legal rights or limit remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Problems, corrections and complaints
Tell us the reference, item and desired resolution by email or phone so we can investigate. Keep photographs of shipping damage where practical, but do not use an unsafe item merely to demonstrate a problem. You can consult US consumer complaint guidance for official complaint guidance. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available; these terms impose no forced arbitration, exclusive foreign forum or blanket disclaimer of responsibility. Changes to website terms do not retroactively alter an already accepted order without agreement.
